To mark the launch of Optima, our workplace performance measurement and analysis tool, we commissioned exclusive research among a panel of 1,000 employees to get a sense of UK workplaces and their maturity. Our research panel spanned employees working in all UK industries, across all four generations from Z through to Baby Boomers.
